We assisted animation studios Panique! and LumiereStudios in setting up the project management and pipeline so our Belgian team could join this amazing French coproduction.
We delivered the full setup of Flow Production tracking, in combination with custom developed tools to publish all work from Photoshop, send out playlists, create a bridge with Kitsu, .. We also took care of the inhouse training of producers and supervisors.
It was a pleasure to have been involved in this unique series.
